why we do it ...

Humanity is very quickly entering a new phase in its development. In these times we often struggle to relate correctly, and live in peace with one another.

We are now recognizing without question, just how reliant, how interconnected, we are with each other – that a blade of grass doesn’t blow in the breeze on one side of the planet that it isn’t felt on the other side.

Our goal is to highlight our common inter-dependence, strengthen our connections and bring balance back to our relationship with each other.  We are dedicated to using all available resources to identifying and strengthening the bonds between us,  so that we can all emerge into a sustained, internal unity.

virtual meetings

These days most of us are comfortable working, meeting and connecting in the virtual space. All of our workshops and seminars have been customized to be just as effective in a virtual environment as in the physical.

physical meetings

Even in today’s world of gathering and travel limitations, we still manage to host events onsite. If it is possible, permitted and safe, providing our services in person may often be the more preferred option for our clients and facilitators.

how we did ...

Aleksander Zupancic Mgr. Komunala Brezice

"For the first time, our people truly understood and also got the necessary tools to practice genuine 'team-work'. In the period of those three years, as our management team worked under Todd’s supervision, our company even won a national award in recognition of becoming the best employer in the country on the criteria of relations, team spirit, connection and efficiency."

Jonathan Libesman Inside Sales Account Manager

I was in a workshop that Todd conducted on communication and connection skills. He was truly excellent, engaged with our group really well, and his instruction was pinpointed and spot on. What amazed me was the variation of techniques that Todd used and how different the exercises were that we undertook which made the overall experience deep and alot of fun. Further getting to know Todd, he is easy going, and an engaged personality in whatever he does. He understands and feels his group and the people he works with.
